This SEZ is developed by a private company, which underwent a name change and share transfer, now known as Embassy Office Parks Pvt. Ltd. The expansion was approved on May 14, 2019, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and includes specific land parcels in the Village Marunji.
