of <h1>Goa GST Act Notification: Taxpayers Must File Quarterly GST CMP-08 and Annual GSTR-4 for Compliance by April 30th.</h1> The Government of Goa has issued a notification under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, detailing procedures for registered taxpayers availing benefits under a specific government notification. These taxpayers must submit a quarterly statement of self-assessed tax payments using FORM GST CMP-08 by the 18th of the month following each quarter. Additionally, they must file an annual return using FORM GSTR-4 by April 30th of the following financial year. Compliance with these requirements is deemed to satisfy certain sections of the Act. This notification is effective from April 23, 2019.
