of <h1>Rajasthan Amends Anti-Profiteering Committee: New Appointments from Central and State Government Effective April 9, 2019.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification amending a previous order regarding the appointment of members to the State Level Committee on Anti-Profiteering under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The amendment replaces existing members with two officials: one from the Central Government, Sh. Pramod Kumar Singh, Principal Commissioner, CGST & C. Ex., Jaipur, and one from the State Government, Sh. Ramesh Chand Lakhotia, Additional Commissioner (MEA and Tax Compliance), Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan. This decision is made in the public interest and is effective as of April 9, 2019.
