Meghalaya GST Act Amended: Srikakulam Businesses Must File FORM GSTR-1 for July-Sept 2018 by November 30, 2018.

The Government of Meghalaya, under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt.I/234 dated September 10, 2018. The amendment requires registered persons whose principal place of business is in Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh, to electronically furnish details of outward supply of goods or services for the quarter from July to September 2018 in FORM GSTR-1 by November 30, 2018. This amendment was made following recommendations from the Council and is announced by the Additional Chief Secretary, Excise, Registration, Taxation & Stamps Department.
