of <h1>Gujarat Finance Department Corrects Tax Notification: Key Changes in Clause (ii) and Annexure III, Illustration-3.</h1> The Government of Gujarat's Finance Department issued a corrigendum to Notification No.3/2019-State Tax (Rate) dated 30th March 2019. The corrections include changes in clause (ii), where 'tax' is replaced with 'State tax' and 'eighteen' is corrected to 'nine' in entry (id) of column (5). Additionally, in clause (v), within Annexure III, Illustration-3, the last paragraph is amended to replace '18' with '18 (9 + 9)'. These amendments are documented by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
