of <h1>Correction Issued for Notification 74/2018: Replace 'Central GST Rules, 2017' with 'Maharashtra GST Rules, 2017.</h1> A corrigendum has been issued for Notification No. 74/2018-State Tax dated December 31, 2018, under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The correction pertains to the first paragraph on page one, where the reference to 'Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017' is to be replaced with 'Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.' This amendment is noted in the Maharashtra Government Gazette and is authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra.
