of <h1>Maharashtra enforces GST Fourteenth Amendment Rules, 2018, Rule 12, effective June 21, 2019, per Notification No. 22/2019.</h1> The Maharashtra Government, under section 164 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has announced that the provisions of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Fourteenth) Amendment Rules, 2018, specifically rule 12, will be effective from June 21, 2019. This notification, identified as No. 22/2019-State Tax, was issued by the Finance Department on April 24, 2019, and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. The order was authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, on behalf of the Governor of Maharashtra.
