of <h1>Tripura to Enforce Rule 138E of TSGST Rules from June 21, 2019, per Fourteenth Amendment Notification.</h1> The Government of Tripura, through its Finance Department, has announced that the provisions of rule 138E of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (TSGST) Rules will be effective from June 21, 2019. This notification, issued under the authority granted by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifies that the amendments outlined in the Fourteenth Amendment Rules, 2018, will be implemented starting on the specified date. The notification was signed by the Joint Secretary of the Finance Department on April 25, 2019.
