of <h1>Deadline for GST ITC-04 Submission for Job Work Extended to June 30, 2019, per Section 168, Rule 45(3.</h1> The due date for submitting FORM GST ITC-04, regarding goods dispatched to or received from a job worker for the period from July 2017 to March 2019, has been extended to June 30, 2019. This extension is issued under section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. It supersedes a previous notification from December 31, 2018, except for actions already completed under that notification. The announcement is made by the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Karnataka.
