of <h1>Gujarat GST Order Extends Annual Return Filing Deadline to June 30, 2019, Due to Electronic System Delays.</h1> The Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Third Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018, issued by the Finance Department on December 31, 2018, addresses issues related to the electronic submission of annual returns under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Due to delays in the electronic system's operational readiness, registered persons were unable to file their annual returns for the period from July 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018. To resolve this, the deadline for filing these returns was extended from March 31, 2019, to June 30, 2019. This order was enacted under the authority of Section 172 of the Act.
