of <h1>Chhattisgarh extends GSTR-1 filing deadline for April-June 2019 to the 11th of each following month.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh's Commercial Tax Department issued Notification No. 12/2019, extending the deadline for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crores to submit FORM GSTR-1 for April, May, and June 2019. The deadline is now the 11th day of the month following each respective month. This extension is made under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on the Commissioner's authority and Council recommendations. Additionally, the deadlines for returns under sections 38(2) and 39(1) for July 2017 to June 2019 will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
