of <h1>Tamil Nadu Sets July 31, 2019 Deadline for GSTR-1 Filing for Small Taxpayers Under GST Act.</h1> The notification issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 prescribes the due dates for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crores. For the quarter of April to June 2019, these taxpayers are required to submit their GSTR-1 forms by July 31, 2019. The notification also mentions that the time limits for furnishing details or returns for the months from July 2017 to June 2019 will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
