of <h1>Chhattisgarh GST Extends Deadline for Electronic Filing of Annual Returns u/s 44 to June 30, 2019.</h1> The Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Third Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018, issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh, addresses issues related to the electronic filing of annual returns under section 44 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Due to delays in the development of the electronic system, registered persons were unable to file returns for the period from July 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018. To resolve this, the deadline for filing these returns has been extended from March 31, 2019, to June 30, 2019.
