<h1>West Bengal extends FORM GST ITC-04 filing deadline for job work to June 30, 2019 u/s 168, Rule 45.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal, has extended the deadline for filing FORM GST ITC-04 related to job work for the period from July 2017 to March 2019. The new due date is set for June 30, 2019. This extension is issued under section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 45 of the West Bengal GST Rules, 2017, superseding a previous notification from December 31, 2018. The notification is signed by the Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal.
