of <h1>Haryana extends GSTR-9, GSTR-9A, and GSTR-9C filing deadline for FY 2017-18 to June 30, 2019, u/s 172.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department issued an order under Section 172 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, extending the deadline for filing annual returns in Forms GSTR-9, GSTR-9A, and GSTR-9C for the financial year 2017-18. Initially due by December 31, 2018, the deadline is extended to June 30, 2019, due to delays in the development of the electronic filing system. This extension applies to registered persons except for specific categories such as Input Service Distributors and non-resident taxable persons.
