of <h1>Chhattisgarh GST Amendment Act 2018 Takes Effect February 1, 2019, Excludes Sections 8(b), 17, 18, 20(a.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, through the Commercial Tax Department, has designated February 1, 2019, as the effective date for the implementation of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018, excluding specific provisions: clause (b) of section 8, section 17, section 18, and clause (a) of section 20. This notification, issued under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Amendment Act, was officially ordered in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh by the Secretary.
