of <h1>India Extends Deadline for FORM GST ITC-04 Submission to June 30, 2019, u/s 168 CGST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04. This form pertains to goods dispatched to or received from a job worker for the period from July 2017 to March 2019. The new deadline is set for June 30, 2019. This extension is issued under section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and supersedes the previous notification dated December 31, 2018, except for actions already completed under that notification.
