of <h1>Odisha Govt Issues GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Small Taxpayers u/s 148; Due July 31, 2019.</h1> The Odisha State Government, exercising its powers under Section 148 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification for registered taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees. These taxpayers are required to furnish details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for the quarter of April to June 2019 by July 31, 2019. The notification also mentions that the time limits for furnishing details or returns for the months from July 2017 to June 2019 will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
