of <h1>Gujarat Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for January 2019 to February 22 Under Notification No. 9/2019.</h1> The Chief Commissioner of State Tax in Gujarat has issued Notification No. 9/2019-State Tax, amending a previous notification to extend the deadline for filing the GSTR-3B return for January 2019. Taxpayers in Gujarat are required to submit their returns electronically by February 22, 2019. This amendment is made under the authority of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council. The notification is backdated to be effective from February 20, 2019.
