of <h1>Telangana amends GST rules: Taxpayers must file GSTR-3B returns electronically for July 2017-Nov 2018 by Dec 31, 2018.</h1> The Government of Telangana's Commercial Taxes Department issued Notification No. 20/2018 to amend previous notifications No. 17/2017 and No. 4/2018 concerning the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment introduces a proviso requiring taxpayers with a GST Identification Number, as per Notification No. 31/2018, to submit their GSTR-3B returns for the period from July 2017 to November 2018 electronically via the common portal by December 31, 2018. This action is based on recommendations from the Council and is executed under the authority granted by Section 168 of the Telangana GST Act, 2017.
