of <h1>Telangana extends deadline for FORM GST ITC-04 submission to December 31, 2018, for goods with job workers.</h1> The Government of Telangana's Commercial Taxes Department issued TGST Notification No. 23/2018, superseding Notification No. 16/2018-State Tax. Under Section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 45(3) of the Telangana GST Rules, the Commissioner of State Tax has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04. This form pertains to goods dispatched to or received from job workers from July 2017 to September 2018. The new deadline for submission is December 31, 2018.
