The amendment, under the authority of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, extends the period covered by the notification from 'July, 2017 to November, 2018' to 'July, 2017 to February, 2019' and changes the deadline from '31st day of December, 2018' to '31st day of March, 2019.' This adjustment was made based on the recommendations of the Council.
