This notification amends previous notifications dated October 3, 2017, and May 2, 2018. The amendments involve changing the dates in the proviso of these notifications from 'July, 2017 to November, 2018' and '31st day of December, 2018' to 'July, 2017 to February, 2019' and '31st day of March, 2019,' respectively. These changes are made following recommendations from the Council.
