of <h1>Kerala Amends GST Notification to Exempt Intra-State Supplies of Specific Goods Following GST Council's 28th Meeting</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended Notification No. S.R.O. No. 361/2017 following the recommendations of the GST Council's 28th meeting. Effective from July 27, 2018, the amendments include the insertion and substitution of various serial numbers in the notification's schedule. New entries cover items such as sal leaves, vegetable materials for broomsticks, de-oiled rice bran, goods made of specific leaves, deities made of stone, marble, or wood, rupee notes or coins, coir pith compost, sanitary towels, and rakhi. The amendments aim to exempt intra-State supplies of these specified goods as decided in the GST Council meeting.
