of <h1>West Bengal Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Taxpayers Exceeding 1.5 Crore Turnover for April-June 2019.</h1> The Government of West Bengal, through the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, has issued a notification extending the deadline for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit FORM GSTR-1 for the months of April, May, and June 2019. This extension allows these registered taxpayers to furnish their details of outward supplies by the 11th of the month following each respective month. The notification also indicates that deadlines for furnishing details or returns for the period from July 2017 to June 2019 under relevant sections of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, will be announced later.
