of <h1>Deadline for FORM GSTR-7 Submission Extended to February 28, 2019, u/ss 39(6) and 168 of KGST Act 2017.</h1> The due date for submitting FORM GSTR-7 for January 2019 has been extended to February 28, 2019, as per Notification No. KGST.CR.01/17-i8 dated February 11, 2019, issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Karnataka. This extension is granted under the authority of section 39(6) and section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and applies to registered persons required to deduct tax at source under section 51 of the Act.
