of <h1>Rajasthan GST Act Amendments: Period Extended to Feb 2019, Deadline Now March 2019 u/s 168, Rule 61(5.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has amended two previous notifications regarding the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments, issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, extend the applicable period from 'July 2017 to November 2018' to 'July 2017 to February 2019' and change the deadline from '31st December 2018' to '31st March 2019.' These changes are made under the authority of section 168 of the Rajasthan GST Act, 2017, and sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Rajasthan GST Rules, 2017, following recommendations from the Council.
