of <h1>Rajasthan amends GST notification: Period extended to February 2019, deadline now March 31, 2019 u/s 168.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan's Commercial Taxes Department has amended a previous notification concerning the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, extends the period mentioned in the original notification from 'July, 2017 to November, 2018' to 'July, 2017 to February, 2019.' Additionally, the deadline '31st day of December, 2018' is changed to '31st day of March, 2019.' This change is made under the authority of section 168 of the Act and sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Rajasthan GST Rules, 2017.
