of <h1>SEBI Renews Magadh Stock Exchange Recognition for Two Years u/s 4, Effective December 1994 to December 1996.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted the renewal of recognition to the Magadh Stock Exchange Association, Patna, under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. This renewal is effective for a two-year period from December 11, 1994, to December 10, 1996. The decision was made after considering the application under Section 3 of the Act and Rule 7 of the Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules, 1957, and is deemed to be in the interest of trade and the public.
