of <h1>Odisha GST Order Extends Deadline for Filing Statements Due to Portal Issues; New Date Set for January 31, 2019.</h1> The Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018 addresses issues faced by operators unable to register on the common portal, preventing them from submitting required statements under section 52(4) of the Odisha GST Act, 2017. Due to these technical difficulties, operators could not furnish statements for October, November, and December 2018. To resolve this, the State Government, following the GST Council's recommendations, extended the deadline for submitting these statements to January 31, 2019. This order aims to facilitate compliance and ensure smooth implementation of the GST provisions.
