of <h1>Pune Stock Exchange Governance: Administrator Appointed as Chairman, New Vice Chairman Designated Under Securities Contracts Regulation Act Section 11.</h1> An order under section 11 of the Securities Contracts Regulation Act, 1956, dated September 27, 1996, superseded the Governing Board of the Pune Stock Exchange, appointing an administrator. In a modification dated October 30, 1996, the administrator is also designated as Chairman, while a former Managing Director of the Securities Trading Corporation of India is appointed as Vice Chairman. The Executive Director of the Pune Stock Exchange is designated as Officer on Special Duty. These individuals will perform duties as delegated by the Chairman, with all other provisions of the original order remaining unchanged.
