of <h1>Assam extends FORM GSTR-3B submission deadline for January 2019 to February 22 u/s 168, Rule 61(5).</h1> The Government of Assam, through the Commissioner of State Tax, has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-3B for January 2019. The new due date is set for February 22, 2019. This extension is made under the authority of section 168 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The amendment is part of notification number 12/2018-GST and has been published in the Assam Gazette.
