of <h1>SEBI Extends Supersession of Magadh Stock Exchange Management for One Year u/s 11 of SCR Act 1956.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the supersession of the Council of Management of the Magadh Stock Exchange for an additional year, effective December 8, 1998. This decision follows an inspection in August 1998, which indicated that ongoing corrective measures require further implementation to enhance the exchange's operations and attract more investors. Shri S.S. Dhanoa, IAS (Retd.), will continue as the Administrator, maintaining the powers and duties of the Council of Management during this extended period. This action is taken under Section 11 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956.
