<h1>SEBI Amends Bankers to an Issue Regulations: New Registration Fee Rs. 5 Lakhs, Renewal Fee Rs. 2.5 Lakhs Every 3 Years.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued an amendment to the Bankers to an Issue Regulations, 1994. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, the amendment specifies that bankers to an issue must pay a registration fee of Rs. 5 lakhs upon certification by SEBI and a renewal fee of Rs. 2.5 lakhs every three years starting from the fourth year after initial registration. These fees must be paid within fifteen days of receiving intimation from SEBI and are payable via demand draft to SEBI in Mumbai or the respective regional office.
