Exchange of India for One Year, Pending Address of Inspection Observations.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has renewed the recognition of the O.T.C. Exchange of India, located in Mumbai, for an additional year from August 23, 2003, to August 22, 2004. This decision, made under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, is deemed beneficial for both trade and public interest. The renewal is conditional upon the exchange addressing observations from SEBI's inspection conducted in June 2003, as communicated in a letter dated July 24, 2003.
