of <h1>Nagaland extends GST FORM ITC-04 submission deadline to March 31, 2019, for goods from July 2017-Dec 2018.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04. This extension applies to goods dispatched to or received from a job worker during the period from July 2017 to December 2018. The new deadline for submission is set for March 31, 2019. This extension is issued under section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, superseding a previous notification dated October 26, 2018.
