<h1>SEBI Extends Supersession of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Governing Board for Six More Months to Complete Reforms.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the supersession of the Governing Board of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange for an additional six months, starting March 25, 2004. This extension follows the initial one-year supersession period that began on March 25, 2003. The extension is necessary to continue implementing corrective measures, streamline exchange operations, and complete the processes of election, constitution of a new Governing Board, demutualization, and corporatization. Shri P.K. Ghosh, IAS (Retd.), will remain as the Administrator, retaining all powers and duties of the Governing Board during this period.
