of <h1>SEBI Extends Supersession of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Governing Board for Six More Months Effective July 12, 2004.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the supersession of the Governing Board of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Association Limited for an additional six months, effective from July 12, 2004. This decision follows the initial extension granted in January 2004. The extension is necessary to continue implementing corrective measures, facilitate the election and constitution of a new Governing Board, and complete the Demutualisation process. Shri M.N. Sabharwal, IPS (Retd.), will remain as Administrator, exercising the powers and duties of the Governing Board, with the authority to seek assistance as needed.
