of <h1>Karnataka Rescinds 2017 GST Notification Effective February 1, 2019, u/s 11(1) of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Karnataka, exercising its powers under section 11(1) of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has decided to rescind Notification No. (08/2017) dated June 29, 2017. This decision, made in the public interest and based on the Council's recommendations, nullifies the previous notification except for actions already completed under it. The rescission takes effect from February 1, 2019. This order is issued by the Finance Department under the authority of the Governor of Karnataka.
