of <h1>Karnataka GST Deadline Extended: File 2017-18 Annual Returns by June 30, 2019, Per Section 172 Order.</h1> The Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Third Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018, issued by the Finance Secretariat, extends the deadline for registered persons to electronically file their annual GST returns for the financial year ending March 31, 2018. Originally due by March 31, 2019, the deadline is now extended to June 30, 2019, due to delays in the operational readiness of the electronic filing system. This order is made under section 172 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, to address difficulties in implementing section 44 of the Act.
