of <h1>Goa GST Order Extends Filing Deadline for Operators Facing Portal Issues, Covering Tax Collected in Late 2018.</h1> The Goa Goods and Services Tax (Second Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2019 addresses issues faced by certain operators who could not register on the common portal but collected tax amounts for October to December 2018. Due to technical issues, these operators were unable to submit the required electronic statements as per section 52(4) of the Goa GST Act, 2017. To resolve this, the Government of Goa extended the deadline for submission from January 31, 2019, to February 7, 2019. This order took effect on February 1, 2019, as authorized by section 172 of the Act.
