of <h1>Goa Government Rescinds 2017 GST Notification; Changes Effective February 1, 2019, Preserving Past Actions u/s 38/1/2017.</h1> The Government of Goa, under the authority of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has rescinded the previous notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(8/2017-Rate) dated June 30, 2017. This decision, made in the public interest and based on the Council's recommendations, nullifies the prior notification while preserving actions taken before the rescission. The change is effective from February 1, 2019, as ordered by the Under Secretary of Finance.
