of <h1>Himachal Pradesh appoints Additional Commissioners for GST Appeals u/s 107 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.</h1> The Governor of Himachal Pradesh has appointed the Additional Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise (Grade-I) and (Grade-II) as Additional Commissioner (Appeals) under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This appointment is made to facilitate the purposes outlined in section 107 of the Act. The notification, issued by the Excise and Taxation Department, was signed by the Principal Secretary and is dated December 18, 2018.
