of <h1>SEBI Corrects Reference in Securities Contracts Regulations: 'Schedule 1A' Now 'Section 6' for Public Shareholding Rules.</h1> In the corrigendum to the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Manner of Increasing and Maintaining Public Shareholding in Recognised Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 2006, it is specified that in sub-clause (v) of clause (b) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2, the reference to 'Schedule 1A' should be corrected to 'Section 6.' This amendment was issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on February 20, 2007.
