of <h1>Tripura Amends GST Notification: Excludes Certain Supplies Between Persons u/s 51 from Applicability.</h1> The Government of Tripura has issued an amendment to Notification No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2018(Part) dated September 14, 2018, under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from December 31, 2018, adds a proviso stating that the notification does not apply to the supply of goods or services between persons specified under certain clauses of section 51 of the Act. This change follows the recommendations of the GST Council and is published by the Finance Department of Tripura.
