<h1>India Extends Deadline for Filing FORM GST CMP-03 to January 31, 2018, u/s 10 of GST Act.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance and the Central Board of Excise and Customs, has issued Order No. 11/2017-GST, dated December 21, 2017. This order extends the deadline for submitting details of stock held on the day before opting for the composition levy under section 10 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for filing FORM GST CMP-03 is now January 31, 2018, superseding the previous Order No. 05/2017-GST dated October 28, 2017.
