of <h1>India Extends Deadline for FORM GST TRAN-1 Submission to 30th November 2017 u/r 117 of GST Rules.</h1> The Government of India has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, issued by the Commissioner on the Council's recommendation, moves the submission deadline to 30th November 2017. This order supersedes the previous Order No. 03/2017-GST dated 21st September 2017.
