of <h1>India Extends Deadline for GST CMP-03 Stock Details Submission to October 31, 2017 for Composition Levy Taxpayers.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance and the Central Board of Excise and Customs, issued Order No. 04/2017-GST on September 29, 2017, extending the deadline for submitting stock details in FORM GST CMP-03. This extension applies to taxpayers opting for the composition levy under section 10 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for intimation of stock details, which must be reported for the date preceding the exercise of this option, is now set for October 31, 2017.
