of <h1>Haryana Govt Amends GST Notification: Changes Reference from Constitution Article to Section 22 of the GST Act.</h1> The Haryana Government, through its Excise and Taxation Department, issued a notification on January 31, 2019, to amend Notification No. 131/ST-2 from November 22, 2017. This amendment, made under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, changes the wording in the notification's second paragraph. The original reference to 'sub-clause (g) of clause (4) of article 279A of the Constitution, other than the State of Jammu and Kashmir' is replaced with 'the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 22 of the said Act, read with clause (iii) of the Explanation to the said section.' The amendment takes effect from February 1, 2019.
