<h1>SEBI Renews Pune Stock Exchange Recognition for One Year; Compliance with Circular No. MRD-DSA-SE-cir-12-09 Required.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted the Pune Stock Exchange Limited a renewal of recognition under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. This renewal is valid for one year, from September 2, 2010, to September 1, 2011. The exchange is required to comply with all regulatory requirements set by SEBI, including those outlined in Circular No. MRD-DSA-SE-cir-12-09, dated October 7, 2009, before commencing trading.
